Do I have to rent for a certain period of time?
We offer monthly rentals only. We do not pro-rate.

We currently accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Money Orders.

Orange City Mini Storage's office hours are by appointment only 7 days a week.

YES! Our facility offers outside parking.

Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?

We have an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual customer. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.

 

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

Every unit must be locked at all times. You must provide your own lock. We no longer sell locks.

 

Do you have an On-Site manager?

Yes! Our facility has management that lives on site! 

 

How much is the security deposit?

We do NOT require a security deposit.

We also do NOT have administration fees and/or processing fees or insurance fees.

Here at Orange City Mini Storage we have NO hidden fees!

Orange City Mini Storage is surrounded by 10' barbed wire fencing, 24/7 security surveillance and management that lives on-site.
